We chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle. It turns out that the shuttle is often unavailable. They give preference to the airline staff. I had to take a taxi to get to the hotel because the shuttle was “busy “ even though they have 2 vans! I was also unaware that the hotel was so far from the airport. I probably would not choose this hotel again for these reasons.

I didn't like the showers, they were built for short people. I'm 5'7" and had to crouch down to get my hair under the water. The shower curtain was originally placed backwards so i had to correct it. There was a lot of dust on the ceilings and the wall paper is worn.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The option of transportation to Bon Secours events is a big plus to stay at the Crown Plaza.

The front entrance was very nice so I expected the rooms to be the same. The rooms looked like something you would see at a motel. They took their time making the entrance nice but not the rooms. The breakfast was not worth the $30 a day they charge for 2 people to eat. The breakfast was cheapy and the “fresh fruit” was sour. When we called to inform the staff we were not checking in until after 7pm, they seemed rude and you could barely make out what they were saying. With how much people are charged to stay here one might think they would have more than enough money to have a better phone and upkeep of the rooms. Overall, we were grateful for a roof over our heads but the price for what we got was not worth it at all.
