The room had stains on the wall paper way high above both beds. Otherwise, clean. We were surprised at how we were greeted as we entered the hotel on our 2nd night of staying there. Mind you, we had paid in full for 5 nights the day before so we were already settled in with our room. The 2nd evening , we brought our pet to the hotel. I had already paid the pet fee of $150 when I checked in the previous day. Upon entering the hotel with our cat in its pet carrier, we were literally yelled at, “ You have to pay a pet fee for your pet to stay here” as I passed the check in desk.I kindly stated I had paid it upon checking in the day before. So I do believe the large girl with blonde hair behind the desk who checked me in the day before when I paid everything in full could use some better training on greeting hotel guests instead of yelling at them. Obviously she didn’t recall checking me in the day before. I do not know her name but she is heavy set, wears hoodies, has blonde hair & needs extra training.
