Very middle of the road at best

No room service they come every 3 days unless it was requested, space needs upgrading, mediocre cleaning upon arrival. The room felt straightened up not cleaned up. My toliet leaked water and the pullout couch appeared to have mildew. Just pretty disappointed in the overall property.

I had a few problems with this stay 1st I wanted to call the lobby and the phone didn’t work it was covered in a pile of dust they could just unplug it it DON’T WORK THEN THERE WAS POOP ON the side of the toilet but WHEN I SEEN THAT MOUSE ! THAT RUN ACROSS THE ROOM ! Was DONE ! I stayed inI The lobby for the rest of the night in my pajamas until my son picked me up.

Room was not 100% clean. There was a baby mice running in the hallway and one was found in the trash can in the bathroom. Loud guest in the room a couple of doors from my room. People were banging on my door 4am because he was looking for someone. Beds are extremely small.

This property is very reasonably priced. The check in process was great - efficient and the receptionist was very professional as well as pleasant. The free breakfast was good - hard boiled eggs, variety of cereals, pancakes, yogurt. Hot coffee anytime. Overall the property itself was bare bones. The room was clean but hallways and lobby needed dusting and vacuuming. The bed was pretty comfortable but awful pillows. The bathroom was clean but definitely has seen a lot of use. No electric outlets near the bed-only one by the door and in the bathroom. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again for one night.

Extremely rude employees. The woman in charge of the breakfast area treated us terribly. A woman couldn’t figure out the coffee dispenser. The employee flicked her cup into the trashcan with a look that was so disrespectful. We are the customers, she should be at least pleasant. The room was so small compared to the advertised picture. Also, we saw way too many prostitutes in the morning. I will never stay there again. Bad situation going on there.

I travel a lot and stay at various Hotels but this was the worst. One staff was yelling at my children when they went to breakfast even calling them out of their name. I let the staff know that if they had a problem with anyone children they should go to the parents . Mind you that my eight year old is a cancer patient so she already deals with emotional feelings. She was with a teenager when they went to breakfast and to have her return to the room in tears really upset me. Even when I was talking to the staff I reminded the staff that we were the guess and we were paying customers and the staff constantly kept using profanity around the children and I told the staff they should be ashamed of them self. It was a terrible experience for my family and I would not recommend the Hotel we stayed to . However not all of the Hotels have rude staff like that one.

Disappointed with My Stay at Microtel Inn & Suites

To whom it may concern, I recently stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham, and I want to share that I was quite disappointed with my experience. The room had no refrigerator, which was unexpected and inconvenient. There was rust on the towel hanger, and the bathroom faucet kept dripping. The tub knob was loose, making it difficult to use. Breakfast was not what I expected — very limited options. Most concerning, the room was not cleaned daily, which surprised me, as I assumed housekeeping would be provided each day. Overall, this stay fell short of my expectations, and I will not be staying at this hotel again. Thank you for your attention to this feedback.
