This is our go-to place to stay when we are in Spartanburg for volleyball tournaments. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are clean. 10/10

The facility was great. Unfortunately, there was a basketball tournament in town. Paper thin walls and wild loud kids turned into a long night, no sleep. The staff was great trying to keep them quiet. But as mentioned, paper-thin walls didnt help.

During breakfast, the housekeeper was sweeping hard, making a lot of noise. Then would hear her complain to another employee about her job. The cleaning doesn't need to be done at peak breakfast time.

Well lady at front desk was nice but went down hill from there. Someone else was in the room we were assigned and then they had to send us to another hotel. Least we had a place to stay but was just all and all very inconvenient. Just this whole town however is a little trashy and run down. Not impressed at all and would like a room compt for my trouble.

Solo Road Trip with Pets

Road trip with dogs, stayed at the end of a long day driving. Easy to book, but read the fine print... though they allow dogs, it was $75.00 extra at check-in for them to stay. Also the man at the front desk went on a rant about not booking directly through the hotel site and explained that I wouldn't get IHG rewards points. After a long day of driving and hidden expense for dog friendly hotel, I wasn't in the mood for a monologue.

When we went to check in they realized they had no queen rooms. The front desk person repeatedly stated it was a "budget hotel" ans he was the only worker. They had plenty of King rooms- but they do not have roll away beds. They suggested the kids sleep on the floor with pillows and blankets. They hadultiple king rooms available ans it was later in the evening. Even though it was the hotwls mistake they offered no solution other than haveing the childrwn sleep on the floor- even though it exceeded the occupancy of the given room. Very frustrating especially since we drove out of our way to stay there.
