Stayed overnight for business and woke up to a note saying the water was turned off to the hotel due to a well issue. Everything else was good, but not being able up use the bathroom or shower was a huge inconvenience. The manager was very apologetic and discounted the room. While this was certainly a unique issue, and the hotel handled it as best they could, I just can't give a full five stars due to the distribution it caused.

There was no water in the entire hotel. There was no water to shower, to flush toilets, to even get a drink. I was told in the night, when I went down to the front desk to find out why, that there were water bottles in the vending machine that I could purchase. Absolutely unacceptable.
