Seems to be falling apart

There was literally no hot water in the room. We called the front desk and were told to wait ten minutes and try again (?). We did this, but there never was any hot water. After an hour of trying, we moved to a different hotel. We have not received a refund. Other charming features: The hot tub is broken. The pool hours are 1PM to 9PM. Pictures of the room included a jetted tub, there is no jetted tub. Seems dishonest? The spa features advertised seem to be permanently closed.

I bought this room for my son and grandsons. They checked in, my grandson texted me and ssid it was like a dungeon, dark, gloomy. The beds were uncomfortable, they werent able to swim as they haddinner , came back and the pool was closed. They ended up going home. I wish i had been there. I would have demanded my $ back! If this room couldn't satisfy a 25 yr old and a 12 yr okd tget have a lot of issues!!! Please dont stay here until they do something with tgis place!!!!

The staff was great, responsive, friendly, and helpful! I stayed 3 nights visiting family - which was stressful but my stay was not! Not fancy and could use some cosmetic touch ups but totally worth the rate!

Location is good depending on what you’re doing. I went to be near Foxwoods at a reasonable price. Unfortunately Expedia showed me a room in the booking that was not the room I got. And they did it again on my next booking. Room did have some weird marks on the curtain and weird dirty/hand print on the bathroom door. Front desk help was good.
