The TV in my room would not work, the front desk had to come in and turn it on by the back. After that the volume would not adjust and the on off would not work. Had to unplug the TV to turn it off and then it would not come back on. Also when the heater came on it was loud and you could not hear the TV

The room was clean but that carpet was nasty!! Try cleaning it. This hotel needs a lot of work compared to when it was Best Western.

Staff was super friendly! Pool was down, however they did offer use of the pool at their sister hotel up the road. Our room was not very clean, there was a melted ice cream in the fridge that was not working, the office gentleman came in and plugged it into another outlet, and it did start working but did not get very cold. There was also grease spots & crumbs on the phone stand.

The indoor pool was closed which was a huge disappointment to my 11 year old grandson. Checked in at 5:30 and check in person was curt. I checked in and internet was not very good. I called other hotels in the area and found a Super 8 that had availability. I went to talk to the front desk and asked about canceling night 2 and because I paid online she said I had to go back to Expedia. When I said I had found a room at Super 8, she then told me that the same company owned them and we could use their pool by showing our room key. By this time it was 8:45 and their pool closed at 9. The next morning we went to swim and the pool was freezing cold and so was the room. Other than that, the rest of the staff was nice and the rooms were clean. Lesson learned, I will always call the hotel directly to verify the indoor pool is working properly.

The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and was willing to help if we needed anything. The pool heater was broken. We had to go to another hotel so my granddaughter could swim.

Friendly staff, clean room and public areas, didn’t smell cigarettes which was really nice, and close to major highways. Only con was not much for breakfast and what they had for cereal was all mixed together so we couldn’t eat it due to food allergies. We will stay here again.
