Never Again

Hotel no longer offers gold plan members free parking. I was not made aware that this had changed. I would not have rented a car if information was clarified in advance. Broken lamp in room. Shower did not drain properly. Room was missing toiletries and coffee. Fitness center did not have soap or paper towels. Fire hose was missing in emergency fire box on third and fourth floor. Elevator doors did not close all the way. Very disappointed in the overall experience.

My wife and I really enjoyed this stay. A neat property with a relaxing but interactive atmosphere. Wish we had been able to see more of the area.

The hotel is in a great location and that is why we stayed there. However, the hotel is in great need of some serious upgrades. Rooms are old and need paint, bathrooms are extremely small. Was very taken back at the softball team that stayed over the weekend. I am not sure what happened but several girls were upset and crying and cursing on their phones in the lobby and outside the hotel. There were children around and I felt that someone at the desk should have spoken to the girls about this or if they did not feel comfortable then someone should have gotten the coach to handle this situation. I have four children who have all played sports and I would be ashamed if they acted like this in public and around young children. Not our best stay.
