Staying in Bicknell was almost half the price of staying in Torrey. This motel was clean, the staff friendly, and it had a hot tub and an indoor pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and new

Probably the best motel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was new, modern and fresh. It was extremely spacious. The sleeping area was as large as my living room at my house. The pool and hot tub were really nice. I highly recommend.

The door knobs really need replaced— the key works some of the time. Same for the guest laundry room. The float in the toilet (room #5) needs replaced. It only works some of the time. Otherwise the room is very clean and spacious. Enjoyed the pool.

This Motel is huge. It has quest laundry at reasonable rate. Hot tub and inside pool It wasone of the best deals around Capital Reef. I would go back if in the area. It is an older structure and could use some updates, but it met all our needs!

Try to be a little more friendly. The pool is a major reason for some, why limit it so much? And if GUESTs show up a few minutes early don't make them sit in their car. we can see that no one is still cleaning rooms.

Bicknell Hotel

Linens and towels were very old and dingy. My sheet was as thin as a loin cloth. Towels were dingy and rough. Toilet didn't shut off unless you messed with it. The coffee and maker were terrible. I would to stay elsewhere.

This place identified it's self as a roadway in. Its past due on a remodel. The beds were old and soft. The one positive was the hot tub was great. The room, no so much.

It was not worth the price we paid and I was very disappointed. It is an old place and shabby. Never really got hot water. The room was a great size. The pool was nice but the hot tubs jets didn’t really work. At least that water was hot. Guess we paid for the proximity to the national park.

When I arrived in our room, I tried to log into the WiFi, but there was no access. I went to the front desk and the representative explained that I was in one of the four corner rooms that WiFi did not reach. There was nothing she could do. There is Wi-Fi in some places, but our room is dead zone. This is very disappointing and inconvenient.
