Frustrating

Checking into the hotel your forced to checkin on your phone, even though I was in the lobby of the hotel. I requested 1st floor & reserved mountain view room, he put me in 2nd floor no view room. I went back downstairs and showed the confirmation email of room type, he then reluctantly said he'd do me a favor and put me in a view room. Ive stayed here a few times and like the hotel, but this time was very disappointing. Minor annoyance, the direct TV box wouldn't power up, by the time I realized this it was late & I had no desire interacting with Mr. Hospitality again.

Nice place to stay. Little language barrier at checking, not a show stopper. They like you to register on-line, suspect this mitigates that issue. On-site restaurant good. Room is dated and a little tired. Parking good. Great location. Great view of night sky if go beyond patio. Overall hotel condition was OK, dated though. I had no problem as I was looking for place to stay to explore nearby National Parks. I would stay again. The area is great.

Beautiful facility, decor is great. Showerhead was great. View was great. Hot tub and pool inside with a rollup door looking out to the back of the property which was pastureland and mountains. Front desk was friendly and accommodating.

Property was clean, throughout. It had a nice patio area. Well located. We had to wait one hour beyond the normal check-in time to access our rooms. There was no breakfast. We had to request room make-up service.
