Added $50 fee in case of damage . Suppose to get it back in a few days after we leave . Get in elevator and it’s literally pitch black . No light at all. Told the clerk and she knew and said oh ya it’s having electrical problems . Never disabled the broken one ! She says just use the other one but if that one is on the floor it just re opens its doors . We took the stairs . Never ever stay here again! There’s a gross red spot on curtains that looks like blood with bumps in it !

Carpet in room very stained. Super gross stain in chair. USB plugs did not work and outlets on bedside table would not hold charger in. Breakfast options were more limted than most places and tasted terrible. Although worker was working hard his music in back of breakfast area was so loud i could not haer the news on the tv. Not like this hotel at all.

Staff was nice, property overall clean and in decent repair, however, there are a few things that could use repair/attention (floor trim tile in bathroom, broken case TV remote, loose electric outlets that didn’t allow for phone charging, broken luggage rack in room, elevators that haven’t been vacuumed since before we arrived over a day ago, splatters/smudges on mirrors). These items aren’t necessarily deal breakers, but they do indicate there is room for improvement in attention to detail. I found the bed to be very comfortable and we slept well, and that is most important. I would stay here again.

Third rate hotel. Room not clean with visible stains on carpet, soap scum coating shower doors, tv remotes broken, mirrors all smudged. Towels thin and beds way past their prime. Breakfast was poor. Definitely not up to Hampton Inn standards. Yet another example of why NOT to stay in a non-American run hotel. Pass this one by. You’ll be glad you did. No es bueno.
