We stayed here due o having state gymnastics meet in Stillwater. The hotel is nice. We picked this hotel due to indoor pool. And having kids they were excited to swim. The pool was closed. I called before we arrived and was told maintance was suppose to work on pool. When we showed up, pool was still down and told they weren’t able to work on it. It was a big let down for the kids because that was the whole purpose of staying at this hotel. Overall hotel is clean though. Beds are okay and pillows aren’t great. Take your own if you like different pillows.

RV’ers, this property had parking around the hotel and was fairly easy to access with our 21’ travel trailer.

TV did not work. Young lady at the desk tried to help but knew only to press the reset button, which did not help. Carpet was stained. Furniture was garage sale quality at best. I’m used to very nice stays at Hampton Inns but I should have saved some money and stayed at a Motel 6.

The hotel was really dirty like in all aspects (lobby, hallways, elevators, and rooms). I do not think this place has had a real cleaning in years. For example, the window blinds, towel rack, and TV mount in the room were broken. The back of the bathroom door has probably never been cleaned. There were brown smudges on the wall by the toilet paper dispenser. The carpet was gross. There were white markings all over the couch. Previous occupant toothpaste markings on the bathroom mirror. I could go on. When paying almost $500 for the weekend, I would expect a better level of cleanliness. Especially from a Hilton hotel.

Room had no chair at desk. I checked in at 4:40 and asked for a chair from from desk clerk at 6p. Came back to room at midnight....no chair. Huh? Asked for water coming into property...no greeting - digital keys are great but staff does not know who you are walking into property. Furniture in eating area is VERY uncomfortable. Chairs too low, table tops too high. Do you ever sit in this area? ADA rooms should be close to exit/entries for accessibility. FYI

Worst Hampton Ever

First room we were assigned was already occupied. Second room assigned had no working phone nor a working refrigerator. Re-assigned to another room, it was already occupied also so stayed in second room. On the surface the room seemed clean but there were used q-tips under dresser and dust on furniture. The coffee maker had to be cleaned by my wife to be used. Also, probably the noisiest Hampton I ever stayed at. Won't go back to that one and will not recommend to anyone.
