We have stayed at this location several times in the past and usually have a pleasant experience. The hotel could use several updates but it's in a convenient location during wrestling tournaments. During this stay the bartender was a bit rude so that was a bummer. Katie and Lucia at the front desk were polite and took care of us, they answered all of our questions and made up for our bad exleriences.

The first room smelled of heavy smoke. They gave us a different room that was lesser quality than the room we originally reserved. The bathroom floor was cracked and the shower was coming apart at the wall. The beds had the flat sheet on top of the very very thin comforter. The thermostat did not regulate heat at all and so the room was either boiling hot or just freezing. Would not stay here again when newer hotels in Pendleton are the same price. Super dissatisfied and disappointed.

Warning! This is loudest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The freeway side rooms of this hotel are uninhabitable. It sounds as if a truck is rolling through the middle of your room. Do not stay on this side unless you have commercial grade ear plugs with you. The hot tub was cold as well. The rest of the hotel was good but due to absolutely no sleep due to the freeway noise it gets a 2.

The room was clean, larger than normal size, a little loud in the evening due to the room being on the side of the interstate, the bathroom had a little smell. I believe it was the shower curtain. But overall cleanliness was very good. Hotel staff extremely friendly. Buffet Was very good.
