Old, dirty, broken. Mold in tub caulking, cracked sink repaired with silicone, mirrors hung crooked, broken windows, no knowledgeable staff, rude staff, Druggies stay here. No TV for 3 day stay, breakfast not edible, 430 am fight by lady in a near room banging and yelling to be let in, 440 banging on same door by front desk yelling to be quiet. Don’t stay here. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

In the first room the TV didn't work, the toilet didn't flush right, you had to push the handle 3 times to make it work, the shower leaked. They moved us to another room, there was hair in the sink but they did fix the TV. Will not book there again when we go back.

The room was very cold initially but after adjusting the heater it reached s more comfortable temperature. Location of the was room made it very lighted by the outside lights in the hallway including thru the door. I prefer a pretty dark room when sleeping. The desk that was crooked and affixed to the dresser ( no legs in left side-was rather odd.

We stayed at this motel/hotel for a weekend trip, and the only good part was the easy check-in after our flight . When we checked in, we were so tired we didn’t notice a condom on the floor of the room(#437) and stained sheets until we woke up the next morning. When we went down to address the issue, the front desk agent ignored the fact we were waiting for help for 15 mins and when we told her our issue, she showed no empathy or urgency to correct their disgusting room. She said, “There’s nothing I can do; there is new management” and told me to write a review. She mentioned that someone would come clean our room, so we left for breakfast, and when we came back, the condom was still on the floor. Nothing was cleaned when we spoke with the cleaning people; they stated that there is an order that they must follow. Again, no urgency or empathy. The front desk lady stated that the manager always reviews the rooms after the cleaning crew clean, which was a lie, and she also stated that the manager is not available until Sunday morning, the same day we leave. Terrible experience, truly gross.

Pictures are not accurate. This motel we should call it was outdated and smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as I walked through the door. The furniture had water stains and the tub was dirty. I can understand why we paid the price we did for a single night. On the upside, parking was free and easy and the highway was close enough that I could leave immediately. I also left a bag there with a few of my things, I called front desk the next day and apparently nothing was found in the room. Book with caution and would not recommend unfortunately.

property looking much more better on pictures than reality. Well built propriety, great breakfast and well maintained swimming pool. Management should pay more detailed attention on the cleanness of rooms.
