The facilities are in need of maintenance. We reported that the sink was clogged. We seen the maintenance person leaving our room. When we checked the drain it was still clogged but drained a little faster. We reported it again but nobody came. The two AC units for are room struggled to keep the room cool. We stayed 4 nights and never had house keeping come once. The on site dinning was a pleasant experience both in the main dinning room and the grill.

Wouldn’t recommend. Babies weren't allowed but next door on our right side were acting so crazy throughout the night. My baby wouldn't even make any noise. They put a high loud musics and screaming until 3am. We were unable to sleep. Poor behaving of guests. And dirty bed sheets. Felt so uncomfortable, me and my husband were awake throughout the night. Never happened before. Wherever we were at, it always have felt like home.

Food was amazing!! The rooms are great. You can feed the deer!!!!!! They come right up to you. The complex is built on a hill so be prepared for a mild workout. The rooms a spacious and comfortable.

Overall, the staff, dining accommodation was good. Some area in room need to be updated and repaired properly. The outside and inside property needs multiple areas repaired. The gym equipment especially, tweed mill needs repair or updating. A lot of the units need TLC) look abandoned, run down and not rented out. In case of emergency, the staff on duty at the pier where boating activities take place should have access to a motorized vehicle,

They needed to clean the room better & remove the shider webs , and it smelt unpleasant and the bathroom was very unsanitary , there was multiple spiders & spider webs in the tub , also not a lot of towels for me to stay for 3 whole days , but overall everything was okay.

Was a very nice vacation spot for me and my boyfriend of 7 year's anniversary. Only downside is there are a couple things that definitely could've been cleaner including walls (had visible lines or dirt down the wall studs) and the lampshade downstairs looked like there were a bunch of dead bugs possibly inside. Also keep in mind when you come here you are in the mountain's. There was flies, mosquitos, and spiders around the entire property. Other than those 2 small hiccups it's around a lovely experience. Definitely come for the campiness, its not a 'luxury" travel spot despite the prices.

It wasn’t bad , I was a little nervous, didn’t know how it would be but it was clean for the age and me and the wife had a good time. Didn’t use any of the games they had on site but for what we wanted to do , it checked the boxes.

My fiancé and I stayed at Cove Haven Resort in the Garden of Eden Apple Suite to celebrate our anniversary. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which helped make our stay enjoyable from the moment we arrived. The resort carries a unique charm that feels a bit frozen in time, and in the best way—it let us disconnect from the outside world and truly enjoy a quiet, romantic escape. There were a couple of small things that could be improved. Our room didn’t come with a “Do Not Disturb” sign, which would’ve been helpful. And while the resort advertises a “world-class koi pond,” the fish were quite small and hard to spot—more of a cute surprise than a main attraction. Even so, the overall experience was lovely. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful touches, and the opportunity to step away and reconnect.

The resort is a nice place to relax, however, the property needs renovation and a lot of repairs. Outside and inside the property looks like an abandoned place :(. In the pool / Jacuzzi area there is a piece of the ceiling falling off. It needs repair.

I liked the outside nature. I did not like the way my fiance and I was treated by the restaurant employee, she was extremely rude. Also I did not like how the television did not work and nobody checked to make sure everything was good before we checked in.

The room it was a great experience. Except for the sheets needed to be changed, and I had to wait until the next day to get them changed when house keeping came the next day after I called and complained. The room should had a thorough cleaning before my arrival. It was over a great experience our first time there we went to celebrate my husband birthday and the food wasn’t not even good for additional two hundred for the two nights of dinning. Also on top of the fireplace looked as if it caught on fire before it can use some updates and definitely make sure that the room is clean and ready for check in
