Needed to check in a day before or reservation due to winter weather. The lady who took care of us on Nov 25th was so kind. The rooms are really nice, the hotel has a nice atmosphere. Rachel was amazing at the front desk. She was courteous and sweet. She was very accommodating. The grands had fun in the pool. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We didnt have breakfast but the coffee was great. Will stay again when we are in the area.

It was reasonably priced compared to other options during the time we traveled and had a pool which when traveling with our kids is a must. Close to restaurants and activities. It was okay for a nights stay. However, the room we had was clean but floors creaked and felt off balance in places. Bathroom floor wasn’t as clean as rest of room. Bring your own toiletries. I usually travel with mine but I thought for one night I could do without but no shampoo or conditioner provided and only small bottles of soap. Not the usual. Room looked updated but not well done. And the reason I probably would try another hotel, the walls were paper thin. We heard everything from the rooms on either side of us, above us and in the hallway.
