All staff members were so sweet, especially the young man at check in! The only real negative was the hostess at breakfast stopped making sausage and eggs long before the end of breakfast. The hotel was very full that weekend but when asked she said it would take too long to make more before she would have to close down. It feel like it could have planned better. Great stay over all.

This is a great place. The non refundable pet fee is a bit pricey but there was plenty of open space for walks. Breakfast was great and the staff super friendly.

Excellent customer service

I never really leave reviews but this time, because of the service we received, I'm making an exception. My little girl got sick on our trip and we needed some clean up. Contacted front desk for cleaning supplies, etc and they sent someone up immediately. Within 5 minutes the housekeeper was there to help. Marie offered to clean up things most people would gag over. I declined and told her I could clean it up, but she changed all the bedding and gave me all the cleaning supplies needed to clean and disinfect the bathroom. Marie was very helpful, understanding and empathetic. She is an asset to this hotel!
