Well I reserved a Pet Friendly Room online. But when I arrived they hit me up for another $21 dollars per pet. Also Breakfast was terrible, went to Cracker barrel next door. The rear door to the Hotel did not work with a Code. Anyone could have walked in the back door. Security Risk

This property has a lot of potential. The facility itself is large and welcoming. However, our room needs a deep clean. Lots of dirt on the floors in the corners of the bathroom surfaces like the toilet paper holder just are not clean thoroughly. The heating system runs off and on all through the night and was very very loud and kept us from sleeping.

We booked this hotel based on the reviews but when we got our room, it was dirty, outdated, the walls had patched all over the place showing signs it was fixed, the bed sheets had stains, the sink tap had dry and dirty toothpaste spit on it, once we saw this as well we told staff, The staff was great they helped us by moving to a different room and gave us a suit for the trouble. When we moved room, The Closet door was off and leaning against the wall. right away we got worried.. but the room and sheets were cleaner and since it was late and traveling with kids we stayed. The staff was great, very helpful but the condition of the rooms were beyond acceptable. Based on the state of the rooms i would not stay there again. You could still see the dust packed over the years in the corners of the carpet floors, ancient Caulking taps etc.. I mean it was 99 per night so we got what we paid but at least hygiene needs to be top notch!

The room was nice and comfy but it was not cosmetically what we thought it would be. There was some peeling paint and dingy areas but overall it felt clean. The front desk clerk was very friendly and check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was ok. We would stay again.

For $200 a night in a small town, I would expect a nicer hotel. The sheets were like sand paper. The bathroom was old, mildew in shower, floors were dirty from years of not being well cleaned, the shower curtain was in shreds, the TV remote didn't work. The breakfast was horrible. Just overall disappointed for a Best Western for that kind of money.

Comfortable room. Tasty breakfast

We arrived at 230. Understood the room wasn't ready. We needed a double queen suite. They seemed confused about where to put us and when the room would be clean. When we returned at 6. We got checked in. No hand towels. Then found an open beer can. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was confused. Breakfast was plentiful. Fancy coffee and hot cocoa maker.

Great location. Easy to get on and off the freeway and centrally located for visiting the wineries. The free breakfast was better than most. They do have a water filling station which is a nice addition.
