Avoid, - Unsanitary, urine smells, hair everywhere

It was absolutely disgusting. I will never again stay. We didn't even stay for breakfast. I was offered a downgrade for a cleaner bathroom but it was more important for my family to stay together. The fact that there was hair everywhere and enrolled like pee was absolutely disgusting. I will never recommend this place to tourists or my local friends and family.

Nickel and diming hotel guests.

We tried to check in an hour before the 3pm check in time. Was told room was ready but we would be charged $25 extra for early check in. I was traveling and had commitment that was going to take until 9:30 pm, so I had to leave hotel with my belongings even though my room was ready.

CB review of Best Western

We were very happy with our stay there. There were two small issues. 1 - the thermostat. We could not maintain a comfortable temperature. It was either too hot or too cold, although we kept the temp at either 71 or 72 degrees. The register mostly blew cold air. 2. The sower got ice cold by the end our our second shower in the am. Otherwise, this is a very nice hotel!

Excellent, new looking property. Everything was great. My only complaint would be the shower head provided a very light spray. I would stay there again though. Good value.
