This isn’t the most up-to-date hotel, but everything about the stay was good and the price was amazing. Comfortable bed, good shower pressure, and the breakfast was actually hot.

The hotel was very dated. Rugs were fraying, molding missing or falling off, tiles chipped, fixtures mismatched. Trash and linens left outside doors. Breakfast area chairs desperately need to be replaced or reupholstered. Juice machine was empty except for apple juice. Pancake maker had no batter. Not what was expected given others reviews and definitely not what my Holiday Inn Express experiences have been in the past. Travel frequently through this area and will not stay at this location again.

Not the cleanest hotel

The fruit had Nats flying around it. Bagel was fine. Butter was frozen. The room had cracked tiles and dirt all over the place. There was literally something on the bathroom door dripping down it that we personally cleaned off the shower had hair on the wall and mildew in the corners. The bed maybe had a broken box spring, but both of the beds in the room were like this. It’s almost like they were hollow and bouncy and loud and uncomfortable. This hotel’s falling apart. The elevator also broke while we were there.

Dont ever stay here

Old; lots of updating needed. Food awful and unappetizing. Staff not patient with families and kids. Unaccomadating with lobby space. Staff knocked on doors in morning to get towels; even with do not disturb sign on door. Will never stay again and tell others not to either.

Room smelled moldy, we had to go buy an air freshener as they were no other rooms for us. The bathtub had mold around the tub and shower head was covered in mold as well. When you turn the water hotter it squealed. The one time was broken when you walked in the door and lifted when you stepped on it. Breakfast was awful, unless you like flimsy turkey bacon or eggs laying in water. Juice machine and pancake machine were both broken.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable! The location of our room was horrible! The room was on the main floor and smelled a little musty. The ice machine was filling on and off all night. I expected a better room given we are reward members.

A bit shabby, but very clean room and super friendly and helpful staff. A whole lot of things had fallen into disrepair - the key cards were tricky, a soap dispenser was missing it's spout, a bulb was out, in the breakfast area the juice dispenser was broken, the waffle maker, the tv had no signal, even the clock on the wall had stopped. Wouldn't plan a week-long vacation here, but for an overnight stop it was fine.

The only 2 problems I had was 1. When the shower was on and wanted hot water it would make a whistling noise. 2. Having to struggle with our key because it wasn’t allowing us to open the door not once but twice, so the having to go back downstairs just to come back up was a bit too much.
