My only issue is the design of the showers which leaks water onto the floor outside the shower door. Otherwise well done. I wish I could book through Hilton Honors but it was $50 more expensive than Expedia.

The staff was completely wonderful! Everyone was so nice, welcoming, and just all around very happy to see you. We had never heard of TRU by Hilton but the word Hilton made us think of quality. This is why we chose this place. With that said and now that we stayed, TRU is not what I think of when I think of Hilton and I probably will not stay at another TRU. I just didn’t care of the colder modern look, no closets, tiny fridge that is more like a cooler, no in room coffee maker, squeeze soap containers vice pump to dispense the soap, etc… This hotel reminded me of the no-frills type hotel but stuck the name Hilton behind it. Again, the staff was extremely wonderful…Hilton quality staff…I just will not be choosing TRU in my future travel plans.

This hotel was VERY clean, quiet, and comfortable. However, the only grassy areas to walk a dog were steep and dirty. It would be nicer if they replace some of the mulch with grass for dogs.
