The room was decent and very clean. The bathroom is outdated and the lighting in there was poor. The coffee was super weak, I could see the bottom of the cup. The staff were very nice. They seem to be updating and have new carpets throughout.

The room was dusty and dirty. The dust was from the remodeling, but should have been cleaned for someone's stay. There was black hair on the "clean" towels and used soap in the shower.

We didn't end up staying because the room was filthy. There was hair in the bed sheets, stains on the box frame, stains in the fridge, the fridge was warm, TV not working throughout the building, snot on mirrors, thick dust on furniture, debris on floor, had to ask for toiletries, manager claimed no other rooms were available, but then offered a king with a pullout bed when we were going to leave. We did not want a pullout bed and the pullout bed only had sheets no comforter. Manager refused to refund and told us to call whoever we wanted we would not get a refund.

The lights in the room are on motion sensors that are impossible to turn off. When I got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night, all the lights came on and woke up my partner! Why have this? It's the first time I've encountered this after staying in hundreds of hotels.

The heat was not working. The toilet broke and was leaking all over the bathroom. I had to request a new room several times because hotel staff was not trying to move me after walking in and inspecting the broken toilet.
