Overall, our visit was quite good. It's a fine hotel, especially considering the fees. My one concern is the website's claim that the facility is handicap accessible. Whoever designed the accommodations has no real understanding of accessible. As an example, the bathroom contained the odd combination of a beautiful walk-in shower and a tiny toilet with no grab rails. Perhaps this is a request-only feature covering certain rooms, but the website doesn't make that claim. The breakfast was well attended; the staff was friendly and helpful. It's a fine place to stay for anyone without mobility issues.

The issue we encountered upon checking in and entering our hotel room was the temperature. It was a cold night and we arrived late. The hallways were very chilly and our room was 59 degrees. The heating unit hardly put out heat. By morning the temperature was only 66 degrees. We alerted staff upon checking out the next morning.

The room was really clean, staff were very friendly. Specifically the light skinned guy with big hair that checked us in, the bartender, and the maintenance guy! The only thing I would say is the shower heads needs replaced, the bottom of the pool is scary because it’s stained & the shower curtains should have a plastic liner so that we aren’t touching on everyone’s body juices on the cloth curtain.

The tv and the phone didn’t work. I had to wait 20 minutes for a service repair guy to come. After 30 minutes and 3 different remotes we found out it was the tv that wasn’t working. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work either!
