My queen size bed was horrible. It was very squeaky when I moved around. I asked for another room but they didn't have one for me. I had to be very firm to them in order for them to gve me another room. I would never go back to this hotel.

The hotel lobby was not very clean. Insufficient staffing and check-in took a long time. The elevator was noisy and scary. I was afraid each time I had to use the elevator. The bed was shaky and noisy. I felt like the bed would fall apart if I turned in my sleep. The room had a stale odor

The front desk staff was very nice and seemed to show interest in each peraon checking in asking what brought us to the hotel and offering information about why each gueat was there. House keeping staff was very friendly, very quick and very thorough.

I'm probably the easiest going person when it comes to reviewing. That being said, this establishment gets one of my very few 2 star reviews. In fact, I may be generous with this. Here's why. #1) Upon check-in, we went to our room. Unfortunately, we couldn't get in because the key cards wouldn't work. Back down to the front desk where we were told to try pulling on the door while inserting the key card. Great, maybe you could have told us that before. #2) The refrigerator in the room is miniscule. Seriously, that area was designed for the full size mini fridge. Nope, little tiny thing, and the freezer section did not work. #3) When we checked in there was only a partial roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. No biggie. The next day, after housekeeping service, no new toilet paper and no spare. Ran out. Called the front desk and were told someone would bring up a new roll. Didn't happen. Had to go retrieve it. #4) On our third day there, the room key quit working. On a positive note, it's clean and the breakfast is decent (even though the pancake machine is out of service). We will not be returning.
