I cannot say enough great things about this hotel! It is in a great location, the rooms were so nice. They told me the hotel has been open 3 years and the rooms still smelled brand new. The restaurant on the roof top is so nice. They light up the hotel and pool area at night. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The only feedback I’d share is that guests on the floor above me were very loud. I don’t think it was intentional or that they even realized. I did report it to the desk and a call was made. I think with having hard floors instead of carpet, there is a lack of sound proofing or insulation that would buffer the sound of loud shoes and hard walking.

Our family usuallys stays at Hyatt hotels when traveling. This one was a bit of a let down, compared to the others weve stayed at. The bed was lumpy and not very comfotable,the pillows went flat very fast ans stayed thin, making it hard to get a good nights rest. The breakfasts were ok. The staff were very professional. The bathroom downstairs in the lobby was dirty. We stayed in 408. When we first got to nthe room there were several flies in the room which was very annoying. They remained in there untill the last night. We stayed a total of 4 nights

Really nice hotel with great views of mountains. Two bars on site with lots of areas to hang out. Close to James Madison university. Seems like the perfect hotel for visitors to the university with plenty of great space indoor and outdoor to hang out.
