Rude Staff and Disgusting Room

We stayed here in mid July. Not only was the staff rude, there was black mold (a health hazard) in the bathroom, other stains in the room, and trash left behind from the previous stay (like a water bottle). The beds also did not smell right. I don’t believe they ever clean, at least not well. Absolutely do not recommend - avoid at all costs. I’d honestly like a refund or to escalate the matter further because this was such an uncomfortable stay.

Twice the key cards had to be reactivated. Ran out of washcloths. Asked for clean towels, etc on third day. Requested room service but back in room beds were made but no towels, washcloths or bathroom mats were there. Toilet was loud and long when flushed. Sink didn't drain properly, bathtub was the same with a few inches of water accumulated with a shower.

Having a kitchen was boom! The price was right for what we had. I’d going to a concert though. Leave super early!! For a 9-12 min drive took us well over an hour. Going back took 9 mins just a heads up

Perfect stop for our road trip

Chose this hotel last minute as we passed on a road trip. Everything was great. We were able to walk across the street for drinks and food. I would stay here again.

A good budget hotel. Breakfast was the highlight, kind service and very clean with good food variety for a hotel. Room cleanliness was acceptable but not superb. Location very easy to get on and off highway and to get into downtown Hartford. Thanks!

Breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was also very close to Downtown Hartford. The rooms needed updating. The desk chair was peeling and the rooms needed fresh paint and new carpet. The room was damp, so the carpet was damp and needed to be cleaned.

We did not stay here. Rooms are stated as smoke free but when we entered the assigned room it smelled of nicotine. We were assigned another room and noticed the mattress had a huge dark stain on it. Also, the there was an unpleasant air freshener smell throughout the hotel. We went back to the desk and requested a refund.

Very nice hotel, clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Convenient to highway, and restaurant. I would definitely stay there again if I’m in the area.
