It's kind of a dive. There was a Patch in the bath tub and discoloration on the ceiling. The elevator was dirty and the floor was coming apart. The man who checked us in didn't even make eye contact or smile.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. She was the most positive part about my stay. The bed was very worn and sunk in. I was ok with it, I found it to be comfortable, but you could tell it was old and some people may find that awkward. The photo may not show the dip in the bed that well. My biggest concerns were that the doors in each room slam REALLY hard and it’s loud. Doors slam every 5 minutes and it makes it difficult to sleep. The housekeeping yell to each other in the AM and that’s also difficult to sleep through. There’s signs everywhere that says no smoking but the place smells of marijuana and locals come there to party. I found a couple spots of blood on bathroom door and the curtain which I didn’t find until you was about to check out otherwise I would’ve asked for a different room. Cleanliness in the rooms could’ve been better. The hotel was a great location, only like 6 minutes from the convention center. Overall not a bad stay but I don’t know if I’d be back due to the cleanliness and the noises from the doors.

Room 222 Decent , location by the highway I could hear cars alllll night , stores in a drive access, ample parking , decent free breakfast , lobby clean and modern , everything else not so much. I can tell it’s old but serves the purpose. Shower hot, great free lotion shampoo products. Beds and pillows very comfortable . Would stay again for the price and area. Didn’t see any bugs or roaches. Lady who cleans for breakfast has a great work ethic. Used a fold up bed , horrible for sleeping. Lots of visual defects but nothing that would make me leave a bad review.

The bathroom looked like an old hospital bathroom. They put us in a room right next to the breakfast dining area which meant that the horde of people eating breakfast woke us up at 7. Seriously, why would you put rooms right next to the dining area?! The place reeked like weed too. Wouldn’t go again.

The price was the best thing about this property. In my opinion they offered the best value for what I needed. The breakfast was relatively good as well with a variety of options. I did smell marijuana in the hallway on the 4th floor where I stayed on my first night as well just as I'd read in another review.

great location but could have had more

First, the desk service was excellent. Beds very comfortable. However, we had trouble with 1. TV (didn't work, we moved rooms). 2. Heat (too late for the maintenance but we got blankets) Room could have been a little better -- drawers for clothing, microwave for popcorn. I thought it was good; my husband wasn't happy at all.
