The only thing kept me from giving 5 star is we were told we couldn’t have more rags. We were given 2 rags for 4 people and told we couldn’t have any more. Was told it was hotel policy. Makes no sense

If you stay on a Sunday, their policy states that you cannot get clean towels - ask at the desk about how often you can get clean towels. We like to be able to make our own breakfast, but they do provide coffee and breakfast items like instant oatmeal. Bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were clean.

Disappointed 😞

We had vehicle issues,needed tires,they held my reservation to later check in. However they switched my room last minute because of my 13 lb shih tzu that is almost 16 yrs old. The room had a kitchenette but half the normal amenities were not there and we were told extra cost..Then as my dog was on her way to leave she smelt another dog in the lobby floor next to the door. She has never peed inside and she wasn't feeling good, peed at the door and continued to outside the door. The manager flipped out on me yelling "is that your dog?,you can't have her in the lobby?.." I apologized and her assistant said she is old it's okay... manager still flipping out said that wasn't allowed and now we need to clean up..I apologized and offered to clean it up, just a 2 oz pee,seriously 😐??.. She said they would clean it. I walked out to my husband and told him. He pointed out a guy with a great dane walking his dog on the lot and right back into the lobby. A few minutes later a lady with her boxer walked into the lobby.. they need better management, our room floors were not clean...since when is a coffee maker or silverware in a kitchenette extra??.

Warped floor

The floor was not level. It did not have carpeting. The faux wood was warped in spots making for soft spots. My wife's cane got caught and she fell. Not going to stay here again.
