Great location for a early flight out

One night stay before flying out. Great location at a great price. Right next to the airport and didn’t hear any airport traffic. Elevators were out of order which made hauling the luggage three flights a chore. Beds are really comfortable. Enough towels, felt safe.

Better check if you can park at hotel and shuttle

Choose this hotel because they offered parking with shuttle to airport. Upon late night arrival I was told I could not leave my car with no explanation from night clerk. So instead of shuttling to airport for a 5:30 am flight I had to drive to airport parking, park and take airport shuttle to the airport. Extremely disappointed. Misrepresentation

The property is old and dated. There were no washcloths in the bathroom and the towels were thin and scratchy. A week after the heavy snow the parking lot was a mess and the snow and ice had never been appropriately removed. Good things: very professional front desk host, nice lobby, comfortable bed. Room was clean.

Place Needs an Update

My room and the hallway needs an update. Other than the flat screen TV in my room, the furniture looked like it was from the 1960's. All that was missing was the place to put in the quarter for the bed to vibrate. Thermostat could not regulate the temperature. Temperature would drop well below the set temperature then overshoot.

Staff was nice; room was comfortable. Convenient to BDL. Note that as of Feb 2025 the pool is closed for repairs. Beds are quite soft. Windows do open if you want fresh air.
