This property would’ve gotten a perfect review from me except on the day before the last day, I returned to find my room in complete disarray. The furniture had been moved. The bed was not made, and towels were placed in the bathroom as if done by a two year-old. I took pictures and showed them to the manager who did not reach out to me. After I reached out, he sent an email saying he would give me points for the inconvenience and that it must’ve happened because they had so many people checking out at the same time. I was fine with this but never received the points. My intention for emailing the manager was just to let him know that his staff is excellent and that if not for this incident, my day would’ve been perfect very disappointing. Overall, the hotel is excellent. The incident and the way it was handled, however, puts a stain on the hotel’s reputation in my opinion. I would, however, stay there again because my experience overall was very good.
