The parking was great. They were very few cars at the entire property so no issue. That being said, since the property did not seem to be fully booked, I’m wondering why I was put in the room that I was, number 6210. There was a big crack in the bathroom door, as if it had been kicked in or rammed with something. And there was no attention paid to filling the liquid soap in the shower. It was completely empty. Other than that, no no other issues.

The room was ok but there’s room for improvement. Body wash and shampoo could be refilled. The baseboards and corners of the bathroom floor should be dusted. The towels could be intact (one had holes). My biggest issue was that the bathroom door didn’t lock (the locking mechanism didn’t line up with the doorframe).

Very disappointed this stay. The room smelled bad, moldy, musty. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower. Only 2 towels for a 4 person room. We were just there for a quick overnight and have stayed many times at this location but don’t think I will return. Was not happy with the staff at. Heck in or the condition of the room.

Pros: the suites were roomy and the breakfast was fine. The cons: we found a lot of hair clippings in the tub. I asked the front desk to have housekeeping to clean the tub. It turned out to be a blocked drain and maintenance had to use a plunger to remain the blockage. There was also significant amount of black mold on the tub caulking. Only one towel bar in the bathroom; there should have been 2 in the shower room and another one by the vanity. Since towels are not replaced daily ( which is fine) there should be enough towel bars to hang up used towels.
