comfortable and convenient

the room was great for our stay with 2 adults and 2 young children. it was wonderful to have a separate kitchen area & a separate bedroom but still have access to a separate bathroom without disturbing the sleeping children. the only issues we had was that we had requested a pack and play for the room but it never showed up and it was inconvenient to have minimum amount of wall outlets to plug in things around the room (like the floor lamp that was in the corner but not plugged in and no available outlets to plug in a sound machine close to where the baby was sleeping). otherwise, our stay was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful

The manager and event staff are very good with their communications. Even before our stay, they had colour coded our rooms map and everything was ready for our group when we arrived. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Grounds could have been cleaner as it seems they allow pets, so you had to watch where you walk or you'd step in it...

I had a great experience with the customer service, and the food was satisfactory. The area was quiet, which I appreciated. However, I did notice that the bathroom could benefit from some updates, particularly the tub. The slip-resistant covering on the tub floor was not very clean underneath. Overall, the service was excellent, and I would suggest considering the installation of walk-in showers for improved accessibility.
