Definitely on the mend, Good staff

The staff is definitely working hard to ensure a good stay, unfortunately guests are not so respectful. Room and elevator smelled like stale cigarettes, and it’s pretty clear from the signage posted that they have had guests smoking in rooms and trashing rooms. My room was clean apart from the smell, and damages to the room from previous guests were patched over pretty well. I was worried when I saw reviews saying bed bugs but I didn’t have any critters at all so they are definitely improving. When I saw I had no towels in the bathroom the staff was quick to fix the issue and very kind. All in all a good stay, staff is just dealing with repercussions of bad guests.

It was just a horrible experience to say the least, the air conditioner barely worked it blew warm air the entire time of 90 degree weather the tv worked 1/4 of the time the staff was horrible. When I called for maintenance she got upset as if I’m not supposed to want my tv working, but of course maintenance never came. My 7 year old grandson says grandma can we just leave.
