This property was very nice. However we didn't really get to enjoy relaxing here as we came down to CT to visit my brother and to go to a bridal shower at a venue down the street. So not much time in the room or the Inn itself but it was very nice.

Pretty good!

I had a surgery planned at UConn Health and we live over an hour away. This was the only hotel I did not find reports of bed bugs so I picked it. The hotel was clean, front desk staff was friendly, and the room was acceptable. Don’t go here expecting a Hilton or a Marriott, it definitely has a smaller feel to it. My only complaint was the carpet was kind of gross looking and the walls were a bit too thin for my liking lol.

Our 2nd room was not noted in our rsvp at arrival; the cleaning crew came into our room twice while Do Not Disturb sign was on door; only 2 lamps in the room and 1 did not work. Front desk staff was nice.

I needed to check in quickly to make an online meeting and the speedy staff got me processed immediately. This is a lovely hotel and the staff works hard to make sure the guests are comfortable.
