Great stay!!

Great stay! Clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Nice pool for the kids. Checkin was quick and they had cookies out for the kids. The hida-bed was more like a single bed, so that was my only disappointment. They had a few different breakfast options added like biscuits and gravy, mozzarella sticks and a variety of muffins. Love the 24 hr expresso/latte machine.

Room was a little beat up. Walls were marked up pretty good and there were pennys on the floor when we entered room. Otherwise seemed pretty clean and comfy. Check in staff was awesome and quick. Easy access and good parking.

Hotel cancelled my room before check in

I booked through hotels.com. My reservation didn’t work, the hotel somehow cancelled my booking in the their computer. The hotel was full so we were screwed. I asked for a refund and was told I didn’t buy the protection plan so there is no refund for the two suites I reserved. I’m out a few hundred bucks.
