We arrived at 9 P.M with 4 kids 5 adults afyer driving 9hrs. Just wanted to shower/bath and no hot water....the place was FILTHY I killed a roach the size of my thumb in the bathroom.....we did get hot water the next morning .Breakfast was good but good grief they really need to tear into that place amd clean it up overall. ..

We didn’t like the outside access and walking up two flights of stairs outside with suitcases. The bed was comfortable, but the lighting was terrible and the vanity area and shower area needed updating. Very small towels. When we walked (outside again) to the lobby breakfast area, we found the coffee urn was empty. We asked the staff member for some more coffee, but it took awhile because she also had to handle the people checking out. Apparently the “manager on site” Ms. Bhakti was nowhere to be seen. The waffle machine was also empty and the egg and sausage choices were mediocre and served on dollar store paper plates. I can’t believe Baymont would want their name on this property.

The room was comfortable and the linens clean. When I went to push back from the desk, I grabbed the edge of the dedk and came away with gunk. Told front dedk bect am. They said they'd handle it Hope so.

Best Wyndom I’ve stayed at. Nice room, quiet and rooms are accessible from the outside of the building. Much more convenient for bringing your luggage to the room. Also hot breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at any motel regardless of brand. I will always stay there when in Hays Ks.
