Hot tub needed filtered and only two of the six jets were working. No ice to be found on the premises. Towels were dirty. Hole in the wall were door opened. Smelled of must and smoke.

For the price we paid the room was not worth it. I noticed immediately that the floors had not been mopped as there was leftover dirt and shoe marks on it. There was a used bar of soap on the sink and hair in the tub and counter. The room had been renovated, however, the trim was haphazardly painted. The headboard was supposed to light up and it did not. In fact, there was only 2 working outlets and that was for the ac and the other was for the tv. The bedding was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

I liked that it was very clean. I also loved that there wasn't carpet. The laminate flooring was very nice. However, there were a lot of poorly patched holes in the walls, the internet kept disconnecting, the shower curtain rod was almost ripped out of the wall, and the pool was FREEZING cold. The water in the pool looked thick, like maybe more chemicals than necessary where in it. I am not sure, but I wouldn't even consider getting in and my son couldn't handle being in the water for two minutes and that is saying a lot because he is one to jump in a lake as soon as possible after the winter thaw.

Horrible management, disgusting place.

Please pick ANY other hotel in the area. This place is poorly managed. We had a booking, it was canceled 30 minutes before we arrived. Their website said they had more rooms, so I booked again to prove their website was broken or hotels.com was wrong. For this 2nd booking, we were told we would be refunded. Our hotel room was disgusting, we did tell the front desk we needed sheets/blankets and we had to change them ourselves! our room had hair in the bed, the shower had a used bar of soap. After a long fiasco of checking in he finally got us into this room as explained above. There was a big event in the area for the weekend and there were zero other hotels available. Ive never reviewed another hotel before, please do not stay here or support this company.

I chose this hotel for the pool and jacuzzi and they were both verry cold and when we went down to get ice there was none and there was a hole above the AC unit that we could see right outside we had to plug it with a washcloth the screens were all ripped so we could not open the window even if we wanted to so i would never go back to super 8 in hayward WI again

The mattress was beyond its life expectancy, there was a toothbrush on the sink when we arrived and the bath/shower was filthy. I couldn't even take a shower in it. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY

Upon check in front desk gal was on her cell phone during the entire check in process. There was a sign on the pool stating closed so we asked about it and they said it’s not closed. They said it would take a couple of hours to heat the hot tub up if we wanted to use it. The sign was removed the next day so we felt the water in the hot tub and it wasn’t even close to hot tub temp, it was Luke warm at best. Room was nice, but bed very firm, pillows super flat. The plug on the head board on one side didn’t work as the wire was hanging out with the wires exposed with no caps on the ends.

Our bathroom smelled like urine. I attempted to talk to the staff about it but they stated it was the cleaner they used and blew off my concerns. Staff were not at the front in the morning or evening for check in and were putting out breakfast after 6am.
