Perfect stay

Only issue and it was very minor, was the shower spray was harsh and stung the skin, however I will take that as the water pressure was amazing. The staff were exceptional.

When Stoney Creek first opened, everything was top of the line! We've stayed many times over the years, but I don't think anything has been updated along the way. The first room we had seemed clean, but there was a strange smell and we found goldfish crackers dumped in a drawer. The room they moved us to was much better. There was a burn hole next to the sink that had been filled with clear epoxy.

The room was very clean. The hotel was clean, pool was unkept and hot tub was out of service so that was a highly disappointing experience. One of the main reasons we decided to stay here. Very nice courtyard, the water was supposed to be a waterfall but it wasn't running.

Disgusting. One of the worst I've been to.

The quality has dropped an insane amount in the last few years. The pool was disgusting. Full of bugs, hair, dirt, and a floating bandaid. Loud children doing jumps into the hot tub despite being against policy and nothing done about it. Don't even bother walking downstairs to use either. Last trip here they were broken and this time they were too disgusting. The whole building is in disrepair. Ice machine leaking water into the hallway enough to soak the carpet. Massive cracks in the counter. Overall just really gross and unpleasant. We were offered a refund that never came.

Very over-priced for value received. I suspect that the facility is aimed at the convention/event crowd that most certainly gets a better rate! We were very disappointed in the room which was clean but not exceptional for the $259 per night charge! Lobby is dark and unwelcoming. Never again!!!
