My stay was short, as usual—just Friday to Sunday—while attending an event at the same hotel, which made it very convenient. The staff were good, knowledgeable, and cooperative, especially when accommodating my late checkout request (extended from 11 AM to 12 PM) which I ended up not needing.
However, two things could be improved:
1. Car Registration: Upon arrival, no one informed me that I needed to register my car via a barcode to avoid towing. I only found out by chance after parking for 24 hours—luckily, my car wasn’t towed.
2. Bathroom Door: The sliding glass door was broken, making it impossible to close. One side had come off the track and was dug onto the carpet, too heavy to move. Since I was traveling with my sister, we managed, but this should be fixed ASAP. I reported it at checkout (room 362).
Overall, the stay was pleasant, but these issues should be addressed for a smoother guest experience.
