This property is old run down not clean there is no service the room is overpriced no ability to stream tv. Looks nothing like the pictures. When asked for help they told us maintenance would be up and no one ever came.

No heat in room. They tried to fix it twice then acted like they were doing me a favor giving me a different room with heat. Shuttle bus was overbooked at 6am. Carpet and furniture was stained and worn.

Shuttle service to/from airport was terribly disappointing. It took 6 phone call tries over 45 minutes to finally get hotel staff to answer and assure airport pickup. The van was plain, unmarked other than printed 8.5”x11” sheets of paper taped to the windows indicating Hyatt van. Not what I would expect from a Hyatt. The hotel only provides once an hour shuttle rides to airport the following morning, not the typical every 30 minutes that their competitors provide. There were far too many passengers needing a 7 am morning ride to the airport so driver reluctantly agreed to do a second trip to get all guests to the airport. The short menu at the ‘restaurant’ was adequate but it was short-staffed and guests were waiting 45 min to be served. The food was good and well prepared. Only one of the two elevators were operating; and another guest shared it had been down for several weeks. This made for long delays getting to/from guest rooms. The room was great; clean and accommodating. The check in staff were friendly and professional.

The room was very dirty and I could not sleep in it. There were black hairs on the toilet, dust all over the bottom of the toilet, the bathroom floor was dirty, the alarm had white sticky residue all over it, the remote control was sticky and covered in dirt and goop, the beds did not have protective covers (no protective covers at all), one of the lights was out, walls were rough (dinged, hole in the wall behind/next to the telephone), the couch was torn in multiple areas. Overall unsanitary and felt uncomfortable. However, on a positive note, the front desk agent who checked me in was very kind and welcoming.

Hotel is pretty dated. Rooms are spacious and the layout is great. Unfortunately, you can hear everything through the walls. I heard doors slamming all night from the hallway. Breakfast bar mediocre, they could add a whole lot more to their buffet, especially with the Hyatt name behind them.
