Property was clean, although the bathrooms could definitely use some updating. Vending machines on each floor would have been convenient as the information on their locations was not accurate. It would have been nice if the check in clerk would have warned me that the key’s demagnetize if left in your pocket next to your car keys. They will no longer work and you have to make a trip down to front desk. (Not fun at 10:00 pm when the clerk is on a break and you have to wait 20 minutes for them to return) Otherwise the stay was decent.

The location of this property is great for Hershey Park visitors. The hotel is in need of an update but it close to dining and shopping and a quick ride to the park. The ducks are a bonus.

Definitely was a good stay.

Very friendly personal, easy to find. Staff always spoke to our grandsons. Our room was nice, very clean, pool area was clean and fresh towels for the guest. The breakfast was delicious. The coffee and water all day was a plus for my stay there again with a doily.
