I absolutely loved my stay here! From the moment I arrived, the staff was so friendly and welcoming, which made me feel incredibly safe. The room was very well maintained. Everything was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully taken care of. It’s clear that the staff really cares about guests having a great experience. We booked this hotel for a weekend getaway to Hershey Park. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall the hotel offered a very pleasant stay.

When I booked the hotel, another family member also booked the same hotel and the same style room. I called the hotel and requested the rooms be together and they were not. Our family members were down the hall. When we arrived at the room, the refrigerator was disgusting and I had to go to front desk to have someone come up and clean it so we could use it.
