Hotel was nice but just a side note the indoor pool is not heated and the room it’s in is also not very warm. Water was extremely cold and unable to enjoy it

This is a well maintained and comfortable place to stay. The room was clean and cozy on a cold winter day and the staff were friendly and checked us in early. There are food options on site, and Hershey has a number of local places that are fantastic to eat at. I recommend this as a stay for anyone vosiring the area.

Property was very clean. There was a flushing water sound in the room that started around 5am. It kept making that sound about every 5 to 7 minutes. I finally got up and after my shower realized that it was the toilet making the noise! SO annoying! Told the staff as we left and they were very kind and said maintenance would take look. Also, SO disappointed that they only had highly priced options for sale at breakfast, nonevent complimentary coffee.
