The hotel is great, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great everything was very clean. The pool was nice. I would stay here again. Also close to the parks.

The room, especially the bathroom was outdated and the bath was a little slippery when we stepped in. The water was very hard to adjust and turned suddenly very hot when my granddaughter was showering, The staff were friendly and hardworking and the breakfast selection was great- everyone loved the waffles- The coffee was extremely good too.

The hotel is downtown, but it is about seven minutes from Hersheypark parking lot. It was decent. I mean if our room was right in front of the elevator so it was noisy at times and then it sound like they were working early in the morning so I got a unwelcome wake up call but the noise didn’t last long for the price in the convenience near Hershey Park. It was worth it because we were just there to shower sleep go home. The kids woke up too late for breakfast, but it looked like your average continental breakfast but we missed out on that.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Some renos needed

The stay was good. I liked the hotel. It was a bit crowded but I recognize that it doesn't have room for expansion and it was well decorated and friendly. It was raining so we weren't able to go outside on the patio, otherwise that would be a solution during busy breakfast times. We were near the elevator so we could hear it opening and closing, but it wasn't too big a deal. The bathroom needs renovation--the shower was okay but it was stained brown on the bottom of the tub so it looked dirty and the shower wouldn't fully come on so it needs some maintenance. These weren't deal breakers for us. We were in town for a concert and only stayed one night.
