The Hotel was good. It was clean and friendly. Amenities like breakfast weren't expected so that was fine. However, coffee wasn't available either in the room or in the lobby. That would have been a great addition. Overall I would say that if you need a place to sleep during your trip, the Escape Inn serves well in that capacity and is quite affordable. If you're looking for more, it's not the place for you.

Neat, no frills affordable, outstanding service

We booked a same day stay to this very nice and clean motel. A crib was brought to our room within minutes of empire request and the hostest provided recommendations for breakfast and dinner in the neighborhood.

Not very good!

I normally don’t write reviews. I picked here to stay because of the price and reviews seemed pretty decent. Check-in was great, friendly and professional. I was a little nervous pulling in because the outside of the hotel was very run down and dreary. I figured we’d still give it a try since we got a good deal on the reservation and the pictures looked nice on the inside. Once getting in the room…the door would barely close….the room was very dirty. The floors had so much dirt/debris on them. The walls were dirty. The beds were dirty. We had to walk right back out and find another hotel….so upsetting. Very run down rooms. It wouldn’t have been so so bad if it was actually cleaned good.

I don’t know how this property received a 9.2 rating?! The pictures on the website did not match the property, it was outdated, lobby smelled like lots of stale cigarettes. Driving up to the property it looked like I was entering the ghetto, I only stayed one night because I was not able to cancel the reservation. No towels in the room, had to call the front desk to get some. I was worried that my car was not safe so I checked on it a couple times in the night. 9.2?! Someone lied or was at a different location than I was!
