The hotel was a nice good clean place to stay staff was friendly only thing is in the halls they smell like dirty old carpet but other than that I would reccomand anyone to stay here. The breakfast does have a fee between $11-$14 depending the days

Eh…just ok.

Bed was awful hard, bar staff was great, room was average and cool but it was humid in the room. The hallway on 2nd floor has an awful diaper smell the entire time we stayed- (1 night stay) If it had smelled like that in the room we never would’ve stayed. The room needs more lighting near bathrooms. And interior hall in room. Was hard to do makeup and get ready. The bathroom had no sink!! That’s extremely unhealthy and gross. So when done using the toilet you have to touch the door handle to go wash your hands outside the bathroom?!?!??How is this not a health violation?!?!? So nasty. Didn’t use the pool can’t comment but check in was easy. Close to highways which was convenient.

The room was moist and smelled like mildew. Many of the outlets didn’t work and the staff kept saying, “We’ll have our manager call you.” Never got that call but my wife wrote a detailed email to the manager and corporate.

The room did not match the photos at all. The chair looked like it had been torn apart by dogs, there were dents all over the walls, and the wooden bed frame had chunks missing. The room also had a noticeable odor, and the lamp didn’t work. The hallway on the second floor was unusually hot, even at night. On top of that, one elevator was out of service, and the other was extremely slow. The only good thing was the lady at front desk was kind at night

The first room I reserved was not cleaned food and cards left and bed was not done. . Another room was provided . We stayed in the room for 29 minutes and went to a concert. Upon returning around 11 pm. We went to bed and found socks and a hair tide in the comforter. The white sheets had stains also. We decided to take the 3 hr drive home.
