I expected more from the leading hotel in downtown Kzoo (and for the price). A. 5 people in line at check-in - only 1 woman available to help. Room bathroom was literally the smallest I’ve ever been in in a hotel - you have to slide yourself between the toilet and vanity to close the door. Pillows very small and not comfy. Bed ok. Food expensive, and not very good. Sorry we couldn’t report better!

Kalamazoo isn’t the best place to stay. There was a conference on first night for beer drinkers. So very noisy hotel late at night. Next night fire alarms and an evacuation of hotel happened at 2:30am no reason given when told to go to our rooms. Sirens go all night in this area. Hotel is nice but location location location isn’t . Check reviews of any hotels when staying in Kalamazoo.
