While the hotel was in a very convenient location, the amenities included trailer parking and the parking was not particularly convenient for maneuvering with a trailer. The front desk staff upon checkin was slow and not very friendly however at checkout she was fantastic. The room was not very clean. The carpet was sticky, the shower was falling apart, the furniture had stains and rips and grime on it. The entire facility was rundown, dirty and smelled bad. Also the elevator was very dirty and shaky and somewhat scary. While it met our needs for a place to lay our head, I would not reccomend.

Probably not again…..

Room needed updated, bath fixtures corroded, tile not clean and needs better lighting. Road noise very loud. Non smoking room still smelled like smoke…. Stale odor …. Breakfast hood except for spied milk.

It took 3 different room changes before we got one we could actually stay in. The original room that I was told was the nicest in the hotel, after 3 try’s and new key cards we still couldn’t get into the room. She sent us to another room that was smaller and the AC didn’t work! The 3rd room was much smaller and was in need of a much better cleaning…After driving for 10 hours, taking at least 30 minutes to get into a room was not what we needed! Especially since each room got smaller as we went along!! I’m NEVER booking a comfort Inn again…

It took a while for someone to arrive at the desk to check us in. The room looked like it had people in it that didn't care about the room. We've stayed here in the past and wouldn't have come back had we known the rooms need some TLC. Just because I use Expedia to save some money doesn't mean I want a cheap looking room. Breakfast could've used more hot options

Not a safe place!

We were only there for 5 minutes and asked to cancel our reservation. They would not do it. Room wasn’t safe…doors wouldn’t even lock. I ate the cost of the room and went elsewhere.

The entire second floor smelled like cigarette smoke, there was no drain plug to bath our kids and the couches had stains all over them.
