We were awakened at 5:45 am to a woman pounding on someone’s door screaming that she wanted the money she was owed (for what who knows?). I called the front desk and she dealt with the disturbance. Walls seem paper thin. Won’t stay here again.

The room was pretty clean but needs updating. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the incident that dropped the rating to 2 stars was a pot party somewhere in the building that stunk up the lobby, elevator, hallway, our room and even the parking lot! There was a lack of security and non clients of the motel walking around half of the night. I didn’t feel safe leaving my room. The Statesville Comfort Inn will not see me again

The shower was missing enamel and a drain guard. It was just a hole The smell was very bad The hotel overall smelled horrible The swimming pool was freezing cold we couldn’t even get in it The girl are being the desk when we came in, was very sweet and knowledgeable of the area

First the good things: the check went smoothly, and the parking was convenient. Then not so good things were how the facilities are being maintained. The carpets did not look like they’ve been cleaned in a very long time, we could not see out the window in our room because the seal had been broken and it was all steamed up, the furniture was dated, and some of it did not look like furniture you would want to sit on. The breakfast was acceptable and the staff was friendly.

The Lobby freaked of air freshener…it was too strong. The rooms were good, slightly out dated, but everything worked, was clean, and didn’t feel cramped. Overall, a good convenient place to stay.
