1 star for internet was super substandard for modern era, but an added star for cleanliness. I shouldn't have worry about internet speed in the modern era anywhere unless super remote, but here we are with a hotel in a great location in town, and sub 1Mbps speeds. Yes, you read that right, not 1MB, not 10 Mbps, but 1 Mpbs. My speeds were around 300-600Kbps. Yes, little Kb, not KB. Ridiculous

We had to move rooms twice. The first was only a single bed (we reserved a double), the A/C in the second room was not working. The third room was a single with a fold out so it sufficed.. at least the A/C was working better.

The property definitely needed some updating. The air conditioner in our room was loud and rattling even when it was technically off. The carpet was peeling up in the room. The back door near the stairs did not seem to close properly and someone left it propped open with a rock so anyone could have come into the property. The bed was comfortable and the lobby and breakfast were nice. Not sure I would stay there again as the price seemed high for the condition of the property.
