This is our go to hotel each time we are in Gaylord. Afforfable and clean for an older hotel. Breakfast is great and there is always great staff serving the breakfast.

Staff went above service expectations. Which brings me to my one complaint. They need better snow removal service. I was unable to find a parking spot due to old snow not being taken care of. An employee helped me find a spot on the back side of the property. Wish I had his name. Thanks for the help.
