Checked in ,staff was very friendly. Explained everything well. Got to room was very nice. We rented suite because we love the extra room . Air was set at 66 but was 73 in the room, figured it was because it was the heat of the day. Went and bought a box fan to circulate air. Went to supper and shopping. Upon return room was still 72 and it was 8 o'clock. Called desk, they sent maintenance. He said wasn't working. Had to pack up and move to another room which wasn't a suite .Room was cool so guess it worked out.

Very poor property. Very dirty, humid, lots of bugs. The door to enter from the outside by my room did not lock, it felt very unsafe. Did not feel comfortable staying here, checked out less than 10 minutes after seeing my room.

Great Stay

Extremely pleased with our stay! Hotel was clean as a pin. Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff was professional, friendly and customer oriented. Hot breakfast, coffee and breakfast was delicious. Breakfast team was always upbeat and friendly. Easy 15 minute drive to folly field beach. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Room, I has reserved was not ready when I arrived after 3 pm. But the person working the counter got me another without issue. I do like the garage parking. Breakfast was ok nothing to get too excited about.
