I was disappointed with the check-in staff who didn’t bother to greet us properly. We have to say hello first to her and she barely smiled for entire time. She definitely needs to retake a hospitality training program. The hotel room is not soundproofed. The street noise is constantly high even at 2-3am. I will never stay at this hotel again!

We booked a room with a king bed but when we checked in they gave us 2 twin beds instead. When I addressed the issue they did not do anything about it, no refund discount etc. Also don’t be fooled by airport shuttle it’s only to go to international terminal, not domestic.

We were picked up from the Airport by a free shuttle & delivered to the hotel at approx 10:15pm. The driver was polite & professional. The staff at the hotel were lovely & professional. The facilities great, clean & the breakfast selection was excellent. Great stay, highly recommend.

The best hotel I have been to. Very modern with excellent staff and accomodations. Buffet was very good and reasonable. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Free shuttle to airport was a big plus.
