Great choice with a lovely vibe.

Quiet, clean room on 5th floor with a window but no view but didn’t expect this, it had good natural light. Nice firm comfy bed and decent bathroom and shower just bit awkward getting behind the door to access the toilet. Free room mini bar was included consisted of soft drinks and beer, wine extra but it was a nice gesture. Also some credit we could use at the sky bar along with free afternoon tea each day but only used once sandwich, fruit and cake plus tea or coffee. Didn’t use the pool as not any sun loungers but looked decent enough. We loved the sky bar it had such a good atmosphere and lovely quality cocktails. Often had offers and 2 for 1 on drinks which is again a really nice gesture and the bar staff were good. Only thing we felt needed slight improvement were the staff in the Cham restaurant, it was not busy at all but staff did not pay attention or checking if we wanted more drinks etc, the food was quite nice we had soft shell crab and fish in a pot. Overall this was a great choice hotel in a great location in D1, all reception staff were kind and very helpful.

This hotel is a little gem in the heart of Saigon (HCM) .Super nice staff and very helpful .Great Bfast and nice rooms .It's not fancy but so well located and for the price , it's really worth every dollar

Centrally located, new hotel with excellent servic

Hotel was lovely and clean in a central part of Saigon. Swimming pool was on top of the building and had a lovely Vietnamese Restaurant and Bar as well. First room was very noisy at night as the bar next door had very loud music. However the staff quickly sorted this the next morning and moved us to another quieter room at the other end of the hotel with absolutely no problem at all. Great service, lovely staff and experience. Would definitely stay here again

Very underwhelming with out of date picture

The pictures are out of date. It was an ok stay but wasn't impressive at all. Be warned if you get a room that doesn't face the street, there is absolutely no natural light at all. Very dark. Can't fault the staff and the breakfast was decent but I probably wouldn't stay here again. Also don't get duped by it looking like you have a heavy discount I think this is just their pricing strategy to get you in.

Amazing!!! Just try it yourself!

Picked up 0630 at Airport. Arrive 0800 in the morning. We can arrange an early check-in for you, just go have breakfast, and be back in 1 1/2 hour, your room will be ready. Amazing! Same at departure, flight 0100 in the night. We could use the room, until we were pick up bay car to Airport 2100. Outstanding service, helpfulnes, everything was excellent!

The hotel looks better online than in person, but it’s still a good choice overall. The staff truly stands out—they are friendly, attentive, and make you feel welcome. The breakfast is a highlight, with a variety of delicious options and a well-maintained dining area. The breakfast staff deserves special mention for their service. The location is convenient and feels safe, making it easy to explore the area. Decent hotel for the price. Clean, comfortable bed. Bath was odd as you couldn’t fill from the short tap as it didn’t reach the bath. Filled from shower head instead. Overall a good place to stay in the heart of HCMC.

Clean modern city hotel, centrally located and ideal for walking to most attractions. Rooftop dip pool ideal to cool off after a day sightseeing. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel.
