The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel room was clean and bed was comfy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting HCM - especially for first time visiters like myself as the hotel is conveniently located within District 1 where many of the tourist attractions were. I had a very disturbing experience at M Hotel on the first night of my 6-day holiday. Around 3am, two strangers entered my room using their old keycards — they turned out to be previous occupants of the same room. This was a serious security lapse that made me feel unsafe and deeply unsettled. What was worse was the hotel’s response — or lack thereof. I had to call the front desk myself to find out what happened. There was no proactive communication, no real apology, and no offer to help rectify the situation. I was left to find and book another hotel on my own in the middle of the night. To make matters worse, the hotel was poorly maintained — the room wasn’t clean and the lift was leaking wateR. This was a very unsettling start to what was meant to be a restful holiday. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed by the lack of a meaningful service recovery or follow-up from the hotel. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending M Hotel — I hope they take steps to improve their guest safety protocols and overall responsiveness moving forward.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were very friendly and the room was modern and stylish. Location was central and walking distance to major attractions in the city which was convenient. You can hear some noise from outside as there are clubs nearby but it wasn't bothersome for us.

Loved the breakfast, room was very nice, huuuuge bed and great shower and T.V. Staff was very helpful and attentitive to our needs. Would stay here again! Only thing was a small amount of noise from street on level 6 but it never woke me up, the also supplied earplugs 10/10

Had a one night stay here before heading home and the hotel and staff were amazing. Very friendly staff who came to open the door every time we came through it. Very very nice. Hotel room very clean. Bed comfy. Nice spacious room for a great price. Very close to shopping centre & the local market. Only thing I could say is that maybe the towels need upgrading & they seemed quite old.

This property has a very new, minimalist feeling and you get whole lot of amenities. The room is well equipped. Very well located too, you will have a bunch of shopping options around and you can reach many places by walk or a short Grab ride. The main thing here is the staff: kind, polite and attentive. The service here was 5*. Mainly thanks to them, I will stay there again when I go back to Ho Chi Minh City.
